Platform - Nintendo Gameboy Color
At the beginning of Harvest Moon 3 for the Gameboy, you find that you're the same farmer from Harvest Moon 2, and the two games are inter-related. However, there is no such connection between Harvest Moon 2 and the original Harvest Moon GBC game. Harvest Moon 2 can be played as either a boy or a girl. You begin by examining the town, talking to everyone, and receiving a few items. You also get a pet, which can be either a cat or a dog. Then it's off to the farm. You need to clear the land of all boulders, stumps, and weeds. Don't forget about the pasture land behind your barns; that should be cleared too. Unlike the first game, in Harvest Moon 2 weeds grow back and need to be picked every day.
You win the game by turning the farm around before the end of the third year. If you've created a good ranch, you'll get to keep it and play forever (the game will never end - they'll even be a few more special events to look forward to...). But if you do a poor job, the farm is lost to make way for a theme park. Ultimately, it's up to you. Good luck!

How to Play
You'll need to buy seeds, raise animals, and fish quite a bit before you can establish an effecient farm. I won't lie to you: money will be hard to make at first. Just try to get the fishing rod as soon as possible - with it you can make around 2000G a day at first, and even more once you get saddlebags for your horse.
