UPDATE April 06, 2006: A year between updates? Wow... I'm sure I'll get around to finishing the AWL section someday, but I just wanted to let loyal Harvest Moon fans know that "Magical Melody" has been released in the U.S. for the Gamecube. It's been out in Japan for a while but it's finally come to the states. Harvest Moon DS is set to be released in June in the U.S.
April 09, 2005: Well I still have a lot of work to do on the AWL section (and the other sections could use tuning-up, I know), but I've imported Sprite's Station, the new Harvest Moon for the Nintendo DS, from Japan. It's all in Japanese but the fact that it doesn't have an English release date worried me - I need my Harvest Moon fix! Perhaps I'll update the old sections or add new sections for the upcoming games soon. In the meantime, you can discuss the new games here and use Myah's guide to figure out what you're doing in the Japanese version of Sprite's Station.
January 23, 2005: Oh, it's time for an update! I've finally begun working on the AWL section, but the game's massive so don't expect it to be finished any time soon. Meanwhile, lots of information has developed about the new Harvest Moon games being released in Japan. While it's too early to get our hopes up about an English release, it would make a lot of sense for us to see them stateside. You can read some about the new games in the forum and the links there.
November 03, 2004: The entire site (not just HMWorld, but all of CGHM Networks) has changed servers and is now located at www.cghm.org. HMWorld should undergo some changes now, and there's now a forum for all of your Harvest Moon needs located at forum.cghm.org.
October 23, 2004: The core pages of the Friends of Mineral Town section have been completed, finally. There are still several more pages planned, but a novice should be able to play the game sufficiently from the information available there now. So a few more pages there and then it's on to the AWL section...
March 28, 2004: A new FAQ for A Wonderful Life has been added, courtesy of kkslider02. It's not complete yet, but expect new versions fairly regularly. Hopefully I'll get around to working on the AWL section of the site pretty soon.
March 18, 2004: Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life has been released in the U.S. Don't expect any major site updates in the near future, however, as I've really gotten into the game. For now, use the contact link on the left if you have any questions, or visit HMOtaku for some coverage.
December 30, 2003: New Harvest Moon 3 (GBC) FAQ from HMKing, on the downloads page.
December 14, 2003: I've added a new FAQ from HMKing, this one for Friends of Mineral Town. It'll probably be updated regularly like the rest of his FAQs. I'm sure I'll update the Friends of Mineral Town and A Wonderful Life sections of the site within a few weeks. ;) I'm just really busy getting through my first year on FoMT right now. ;)
November 15, 2003: Sorry for the lack of updates due to my furious playing of Friends of Mineral Town. :) I've posted the English version of the game on the downloads page - if it still downloads as Japanese for you, try back again in a few hours.
November 11, 2003: Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town has been released. Expect much more information about this game within the next few weeks.

July 31, 2003: Added basic information pages for Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life and Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town.
July 10, 2003: The Harvest Moon: Back to Nature section is complete, and new FAQs (courtesy of HMKing) have been added to the downloads page.
June 26, 2003: New blue theme, and the site now uses frames. If you can't view sites with frames very easily, all the information is still here in a non-frame version. New sections have been added for A Wonderful Life, Back to Nature, and Friends of Mineral Town, though they probably won't be completed for quite some time.
June 11, 2003: HMWorld has graciously received the "Great Site" award from the other, more prestigious Harvest Moon World. Some new downloads have been added as well.
May 27, 2003: Everything is done. :) I might be going back and adding some new pictures, especially of characters, and I want to add Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life and Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town sections, but we'll see how it goes.
